Navigating Microagressions in the Workplace (vILT)
Navigating Microagressions in the Workplace was an instructor lead training presented during a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion conference.

This vILT/ILT was designed for employees experiencing microagressions in the workplace. Employees were trained on how to identify a microagressions, the impact of microagressions, and mitigation strategies to stop microagressive behavior in the workplace.
Initially, the facilitation was designed for in person facilitation but was adapted to a virtual instructor lead training due to social distance requirements during the height of the pandemic.
Year Up DFW Learning Community Onboarding
This Prezi was designed for new employee onboarding training for Year Up - DFW. This presentation trains new employees on their responsibility of leading a learning community of interns during their time at Year Up - DFW.

The learner makes decisions during the training that effect their sales metrics based on their responses to the presented scenario.
Assign The Doctor
This is an eLearning game designed with Adobe Captivate for a high school medical technician class to identify which type of doctor would be assigned to each patient based on symptoms being presented.
The user clicks the patient and an ailment is presented. The learner is then asked to identify which specialist each patient should be assigned to based on their expertise.

This is a one-pager that was designed for Sales Associates/Engineers to use as a playbook to sell cybersecurity software to clients.
Salespeople that utilized this one-pager in their sales pitch reported a 65% win rate as well as a combined $50k+ in revenue.
How to Handle Objections (eLearning)
This is an eLearning created with Articulate Rise for Sales Associates/Engineers to practice how to handle objections from potential clients.
The Salesperson is presented with techniques and tips in the earlier lessons, as a knowledge check the salesperson completes an interactive sales scenario with a hypothetical client and is graded based on their response to the clients objections.
